Earth Is So Fair in the Days of Spring

Earth is so fair in the days of spring;
Peach trees bloom, Willow branches sway,
Swallows reappear and build their nests again,
Fresh green grass like thatch is on the hills,
Clear waters rush on 'neath the little bridges.
Tend the silk worm, sow the seed, labor on and on;
Just remember God is with you.
Ponder once again, God's grace never fails.

Trees grow lush, days grow long,
Lotus flowers bloom, Filling all the ponds,
In the woods one can rest, enjoy the cool breeze;
Lotus roots are like the springtime snow,
Each blade of grass soaks up the rays of sun.
Hard working common people have a good life;
God takes care in times of suff'ring;
And when life is hard, God is our help.

In the autumn shines the harvest moon,
Golden mums, Garden fruits are ripe,
All the year's labor now brings forth fruit;
Time to rest the hoe, take up the scythe,
Gather in the grains of wheat, bake them into fresh bread;
Country village life goes on so peacefully.
Sing a hymn, glorify the Lord,
Praise heaven's grace With hearts full of joy.

Snowflakes fly, spread a silver coat,
Birds find their nests, Dogs watch by the door,
Hearty meals taste so good, winter clothes are warm;
Share your blessings with the ones in need,
Use the hours to teach the young the Word of God,
For the home is blessed when all trust the Lord.
Pray the Gospel spread thru' China,
All its people Come to know God's grace.
